SecureX Connect Pro Alarm Kit with Touchscreen, English Version, 4G and App

Alarm without subscription with 3 year warranty and full support via Swedish Stonehouse Security AB.

SecureX Connect Pro is the heart of the SecureX system - a powerful alarm hub with 7″ touchscreen which brings together all SecureX devices in one system.

With the simple startup menu, everyone can configure the alarm in about 30 minutes, the menu shows in Swedish how to do it, the menu always follows the language you have chosen to have as standard.

In the event of an alarm, sirens will start, and you will receive the alarm on your mobile phone via the app. If you have selected and configured a 4G SIM card, an SMS and speaking voice message will be sent to your phone.

The voice announces in your language which section has been triggered and you can also listen to what is happening in your property, if you have e.g. a silent SOS alarm, the person can speak to you and you can talk and communicate with them via the hub's built-in microphone.

Is this a complete starter kit?

Answer: Yes. The kit includes hub/panel + sensors/remote controls to get started right away.

What is included in the kit?

Answer: 1× Connect Pro panel (7”), 2× QuickControl, 1× MotionEye Pro, 1× DoorSense Pro as well as panel bracket, screws and plugs.

Can I expand the system later?

Answer: Yes. The system is expandable and supports up to 200 wireless SecureX devices.

Does the system support wired zones?

Answer: Yes. Connect Pro supports 8 wired zones for hybrid installation (wireless + wired), optional purchase of LinkBridge creates a total of 16 zones.

How do I control the system?

Answer: Via the Stonehouse Smart app and the panel's touchscreen and QuickControl for on and off. You can control, see status and receive notifications in real time.

Is the system compatible with Tuya and Smart Life?

Answer: Yes, via the hub. The integration is done through the Connect Pro panel (the hub), not via the sensors directly.

Does it support Google Assistant?

Answer: Yes. Google Assistant support is available for smart features and control (via the app).

How long is the range of Long Range/LoRa?

Answer: Up to about 500 m (unobstructed view). The range in buildings is affected by walls, concrete, metal and interference.

What connection options are available?

Answer: WiFi, 2G and 4G. You choose what suits the location best.

Does the system have a siren and battery backup?

Answer: Yes. The panel has a built-in siren and 5000 mAh backup battery for operation even during power outages.

Does the system receive free updates?

Answer: Yes. OTA updates are free of charge via the Stonehouse Smart app.

I am experiencing short range in the system – what do I do?

Answer: Place the sensor closer to the hub and avoid obstacles/metal between the devices or purchase SecureX SignalMax.
