SecureX DoorSense Pro - Door & Window Sensor with Longe Range (up to 500 m)

SecureX DoorSense Pro is a reliable magnetic contact that monitors doors, windows and other openings. Med Long Range 868 MHz (LoRa) you get stable wireless communication with up to 500 metres range in clear view – perfect for properties where WiFi is not enough or where you want an extra strong signal.

When a door or window is opened, the event is recorded immediately and sent via SecureX hubs. You get real-time notifications i Stonehouse Smart Apps (iOS/Android), where all SecureX devices are centrally managed. Compatibility with Tuya and Smart Life is done via the hub.

Discreet design & long battery life

DoorSense Pro has a compact, discreet design that blends into the environment. It is powered by 2 × CR2450 batteries and has very low power consumption (≤10 µA in standby), resulting in a estimated battery life of up to 5 years in normal use.

Installation is simple and suitable for both new and existing installations in homes, holiday homes and businesses.

Does DoorSense Pro work without a SecureX hub?

Answer: No. The sensor must be connected to a SecureX hub and cannot be used standalone.

What happens when a door or window is opened?

Answer: The sensor registers the opening immediately. The event is sent via the hub and you receive a notification in the Stonehouse Smart app.

Is it compatible with Tuya and Smart Life?

Answer: Yes, via the hub. The SecureX hub is responsible for the integration, not the sensor directly.

How long is the range of DoorSense Pro?

Answer: Up to 500 m (line of sight). The range in buildings is affected by walls, concrete, metal and interference.

What type of sensor is DoorSense Pro?

Answer: Magnetic contact. It consists of a sensor and a magnet that detects when they are separated.

How long does the sensor's battery life last?

Answer: Up to about 5 years with normal use. The low standby consumption means that the batteries last a long time.

QWhat batteries are used?

Answer: 2 × CR2450. They provide a long operating time and are common to obtain.

Is it difficult to install?

Answer: No. It is mounted on the door/window frame with the sensor on one side and the magnet on the moving part.

Where do I see status and notifications?

Answer: In the Stonehouse Smart app. All SecureX devices are centrally managed via the hub.

I am experiencing short range in the system – what do I do?

Answer: Place the sensor closer to the hub by moving the hub if possible, avoid obstacles/metal between the devices or purchase SecureX SignalMax.
